The Global Lab Systems Deployment Specialist is responsible from supporting the efforts to implement global IT systems managed by QC/AS&T CoE at the manufacturing and testing sites. The deployment expert works with the site representatives and experts to build necessary master data and methods to enable the use of these IT systems.

Your key responsibilities
• Supports deployment execution to make the digital systems available and fully implemented to all sites QC/AS&T laboratories.
• Execute data migration plans and assists target sites with cut-over including data and method build.
• Work with product teams to ensure required support is provided to sites for implementation.
• Perform material static data build in LIMS, including establish LIMS material master, supplier, product, sampling, testing, and specification assignment (Material static data build).
• Perform method verification, including execution of PQ or other formal document for method verification (result entry, calculations, and reporting) and confirmation of certificates per product and market grade.
• Perform CDS data build, including pre-loading site masters with default object, pre-loading processing methods with components to prepare for LIMS integration, periodically create working projects from site masters and completing result set mapping on new projects.
• Perform master data build for Lab planning system, including pre-loading role cards related to testing which will log into LIMS.
• Supports deployment lead in continuously improving service and support of systems with an emphasis on standardization of support tasks and knowledge bases.

Minimum Requirements

What you will bring to the role
• University degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent Discipline.
• Fluent in speaking / writing in English.
• Preferred 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Technical experience in QC, AS&T and/or other relevant operational areas, preferably experience in testing practices using lab applications.
• Thorough knowledge of cGMP requirements.
• Technical understanding of laboratory testing, analytics, methods, processes and data.
• Preferably experience with lab systems (e.g. Empower, Labware LIMS, Binocs Lab Planning, LabX, Tiamo, UV Winlab, Spectrum, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Possible job locations: Slovenia and Austria.
