Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead transitions by leveraging innovative technologies and hands-on support for the control owners to provide quality services to the Divisions to support effective decision making
• Manages Transitions and critical deliverables. Monitors and manages project progress
• Collaborate with global team and external Auditors for efficient and effective testing and audits
• Drive FC&C objectives together with FRA head, ensuring alignment with FSC strategy and communicate to key customers
• Operational oversight to provide services at expected levels with a clear customer focus
• Liaison/coordination with Divisions and O&O, including obtaining/providing sub-certifications, testing etc.
• Play a key role during Finance control & compliance reviews and Internal Audits
• Ensure adequate reporting of adverse events / technical complaint / compliance issue in accordance with company procedures

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role (Minimum Requirements):
• University Degree in Economics or Business Administration (or equivalent), preferably specializing in Finance
• Those with a work experience exceeding 5-7years in finance accounting/ compliance
• Qualified in accounting/IFRS, SOX/ICFR
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization
• IT (Solid SAP knowledge)
• English Skill
Reading / Writing: Business, Free format, E-mail experience 100%, Use Dictionary
Listening / Speaking: Business, Presentation, Video Call, had mtg over 5times/month
• Japanese Skill
Reading / Writing: Native, Free format, E-mail experience 100%, Use Dictionary
Listening / Speaking: Native, Presentation, Video Call, had mtg
Desirable Requirements:
• USCPA / JPCPA (previous experience in auditing is preferred)
• Project Management experience
