Job Description

• Assistance to Country Head
• Assistance to Finance Division
• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Interpreting & translating document
• Performing minor accounting duties including expense claim
• Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
• Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Coordinating meetings with key global/regional stakeholders and external parties
• Support in (or responsible for) writing up & maintain meeting minutes

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum Academic requirement: College Graduate/ Diploma
• Those with a work experience exceeding 3 years
• IT (software Skill Requirement): Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• English Skill: Conversational/ Business Level (Oral & Written)
• Japanese Skill: Native (Oral/ Written)
• Travel Requirement (if any): Possible (domestic)
• Time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Problem-solving and decision making
• Proactivity and self-direction
• Interpersonal skills

Desirable Requirements:
• Collaborative attitude
• Understanding of Health Care Industry
