As a Senior Business Planning & Analysis (BPA) you will:
1. Support management team in crucial decision-making processes via deep understanding and clear communication of business units performance indicators and key driving factors for those
2. Proactively engage and support business units through critical analysis to drive sustainable and profitable business performance.
3. Own business reviews and financial planning activities within assigned area of responsibility i.e. business units and functions.
4. Drive P&L management including forecasting together with the business units to set ambitious financial targets are ensure their execution.
5. Develop efficient and flexible financial planning and reporting tools enabling business partnering and decision support.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Active role in business decisions by providing valuable information and recommendations, including reviewing/challenging underlying assumptions
• Build, maintain and improve robust financial planning and reporting tools to be used both internally in the BPA function and across the organization
• Prepare, review and understand the drivers behind financial forecasts, targets and actual performance to ensure optimization and improvement of profitability
• Drive cross-functional optimization efforts including sales growth and margin optimization, inventory and write-off reduction, etc.
• Identify, monitor and keep track of risks and opportunities enabling the business to actively manage the P&L and ensure key objectives are achieved

Minimum Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
• University degree in Business Administration / Accounting or related field, Chartered Accountant or MBAs (Finance)
• Background in Finance and good knowledge of finance controlling and accounting processes
• Good communication skills, target-oriented person being able to act independently.
• Expert user of MS Excel, SAP as advantage
• Agile in working with multiple IT systems
• English fluent both written and spoken
• Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience in FP&A / BPA teams working on business performance measurement, Forecasting, Corporate Finance, Financial analysis etc.
You will receive:
• 5 weeks of holiday
