Employees locally have already been actively involved in a variety of relief operations, including preparing emergency kits of food and hygiene items for delivery to the emergency zone.To aid the ongoing recovery, Sandoz will provide USD 100,000 to local disaster relief organizations and, along with other Novartis divisions, make a product donation valued at USD 29,000. Furthermore, contributions to an employee donation program are expected to raise an additional USD 35,000 for the recovery effort.
